   Well, it isn't a joke. Looked like it, but it's not. Here's a Time article, which links to this blog entry. The utter lack of scholarly approach in this stuff is very troubling. It may take years to dig through the fiction to get to the facts. Of course, that won't stop folks from claiming the fiction is itself factual, but that is nothing new.
