We lost our server for the first 14 minutes, but ol’ got us back up and running. Pierre, our LDS listener, called in, prompted once again to defend our Arminian friends by yesterday’s program responding to Dr. O’Guin’s attack on “Calvinism.” Always interesting to listen to a discussion with Pierre on soteriological issues, always coming back to sola scriptura.

Please do not ask me why anyone would call a man who is a Muslim and now openly admits to having never believed in the deity of Christ a “Christian scholar,” but such is the odd world of The Deen Show. We got our phone system repaired and installed! Yeah! So, started off with a quick review of a recent debate on annihilationism, then took calls. The first two were on the same subject, so we covered a lot of ground on the topic today. The last call was on dealing with Jehovah’s Witnesses, especially in reference to Colossians 1:15.
